As we all know that vegetables are one of the most important natural resources, therefore there is no doubt about there benefits and uses.
obviously they are are helpful to lose weight but also thousands of nutritions that are important for our Body.

Hi Andy,
Effective weight loss tips and like to add, break meals in small frequent meals, have green tea daily and workout regularly. Do not skip breakfast, avoid eating late and manage stress.

I totally agree with you because I know vegetables are one of the most important natural resources, but nutrition is also very helpful for a healthy body.
